What is pressure washing?

How long will a pressure wash last?
On average our pressure washing service to your property will last you about 2-3 years. Depending on the surface material, the area you live in, and various other environmental factors.
Do you need access to my home's water?
Yes, we will need access to your hose bib for residential washes to pressure wash your home. Without access to your homes' water we will not be able to service your home. Contact us if there is any restricted access to your hose bib.
Is it recommended to pressure wash my house before repainting?
It is highly recommended that you pressure wash your house before you repaint. Reason being to fully clean and remove the debris before applying new paint. Not removing old paint or debris before applying new paint will affect how the new paint will look on your property.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you do not have to be home during our services. As long as we have access to your water to your home we will knock it out as fast as possible! We also do not mind if you are home during the service, we like greetings our customers in person!
What is the difference between pressure washing and power washing?
Power washing involves washing a surface using high pressure and heated water. While pressure washing doesn't involve heated water, only high pressure water. We only have pressure washing services as of right now but can recommended power washing companies if you need it!
How often should I pressure wash my home?
You should pressure wash your home every 2-3 years depending on the area you live in and how much shade, moisture, and poor airflow your house has. If you have never pressure wash your home before then it recommended 1-2 years after that first initial wash of the exterior.
Can I just pressure wash my own house?
Absolutely! Anyone can pressure wash their own home just like how anyone can paint their own house. But just like painting your own house, it is a hassle and time consuming to do. Not only will we knock out the hassle of pressure washing it for you, but it will also be professionally done.
Are your services environmental and pet friendly?
